These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VibIdea, operated by TiwaTech ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using VibIdea at vibidea.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VibIdea Is

VibIdea is an independent educational platform for developers who want to learn how to build software with AI tools. We provide agent profiles, comparisons, learning paths, workflow recipes, prompt templates, and interactive practice tools.

VibIdea is not affiliated with any AI company (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, etc.). Our evaluations and recommendations are independent.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use VibIdea for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from VibIdea without prior written permission
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform in ways that overload our infrastructure
  • Reproduce, republish, or resell our content (agent profiles, prompts, workflows) without attribution
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Use VibIdea in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All content on VibIdea — including agent profiles, scores, workflow recipes, prompt templates, and learning materials — is owned by TiwaTech unless otherwise noted. You may use the content for personal learning. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

The prompt templates in our library are provided for your use in your own projects. You own any output you create with them.

4. Accuracy of Information

VibIdea provides information about AI tools and agents as educational content. The AI landscape evolves rapidly. We strive to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete at all times.

Do not rely solely on VibIdea for production-critical decisions. Always consult official documentation of the tools you use.

5. Limitation of Liability

VibIdea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiwaTech shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of data (your progress is stored locally in your browser)
  • Inaccuracies in AI tool evaluations or recommendations
  • Interruptions or errors in platform availability

6. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from VibIdea about product updates, new content, and learning resources. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

7. Third-Party Links

VibIdea links to third-party websites (AI tools, official documentation, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify VibIdea, its features, and these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TiwaTech operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
